How do we backup your data?

As part of our managed IT service, we offer data backup and recovery. Here are details of what data we backup, where is it saved and how frequently it is backed up:

  • All server data is backed up

  • We replicate these backups offsite each day

  • Four copies of your data is saved:
    • Live data
    • On-site backups
    • Backup copies at our primary datacentre
    • Backup copies at our secondary data
  • Data is saved in three separate locations:
    • On-site at your premises
    • Superfast IT primary datacentre,
    • Superfast IT secondary data
  • Now that more data is being stored in the cloud in Microsoft 365, we also backup your Outlook emails, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint data three times a day.

Data = safe

Now you understand how we backup your important information, you can be confident that your data is safe and retrievable in the worst-case scenario.
